I Wish Death Upon My Neighbors

I got home tonight and my bathroom was flooded. Water has stained the corners of the ceiling, soaked the floor and leaked into one of my closets. "Your neighbors upstairs...they flooded their toilet and just left it running. Not sure how long they left it like that." said the emergency maintenence man. F'n bastards. I wish death upon them.
